When this happens, you need to act fast to ensure that the carpet or upholstery does not stain and that the odour is completely removed. If you come across a urine spot on the carpet or upholstery apply a poultice of wet paper or cloth towels on the area. Place a weight on the poultice and wait for ten minutes before removing the poultice and disposing it in a sealed trash bag.
